Photo Use Agreement
As a Real Estate Referral Agent, I am requesting your permission to use your real estate photos to help promote and sell your listings. By agreeing, you acknowledge that you have the right to these photos and are allowed to grant permission for their use in marketing and selling real estate. I operate on a performance level only, asking for 30% of the listing and buyer’s agent commission as my referral fee.
These photos will be used on various platforms, such as Zillow or MLS, to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the properties.
Under the penalty of perjury, you confirm that:
- You have the legal rights to the photos.
- You grant permission for these photos to be used in marketing and selling real estate.
